I have been providing tech support for Omni systems for over 18 years. Even though Leviton killed the product line 5 years ago, there are still many users living with the best automation system ever made.
But, as time goes on, things may not always work as before. Interference from other systems, power surges, and failed equipment will bring you here for my help.
I don’t get paid by HAI or Leviton for helping, so please consider this when asking for help. If your request is minor and we don’t set a cost, please donate to my PayPal or Venmo account. A little goes a long way to cover the costs.
I can walk you through most issues from basic troubleshooting for a homeowner, to advance programming for the installer. If the project is involved, I may quote a price for the services. I also have copies of many documents from HAI and can deliver for a small handling fee.
